Get ready for a delicious story! Our very own culinary star from Hotel Borj Dhiafa, the phenomenal Cheffe Rakia, recently embarked on an exciting gastronomic adventure, bringing the authentic and vibrant flavors of Sfax all the way to the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Gammarth!

The elegant ambiance of the Four Seasons infused with the enticing aromas of traditional Sfaxian cuisine, all thanks to the incredible talent of Cheffe Rakia. For one special brunch, she transformed the Gammarth setting into a true taste of Sfax, showcasing the unique culinary heritage that makes our region so special.

Cheffe Rakia’s menu was a dazzling showcase of Sfaxian gastronomy, featuring the exquisite Hlelem aux fruits de Mer, a symphony of Semolina dough for hlelem and fresh seafood that sings of the Sfax coast. Guests also indulged in the Mattik Mehchi (Calamars Farcis à la Sfaxienne), a testament to Sfaxian ingenuity in stuffing and preparing calamari. The comforting and flavorful Bezine bel Kleya offered a taste of home, while the vibrant Charmoula provided the perfect counterpoint to the intensely savory Hout Melah (Salted Fish), a bold Sfaxian staple. Each plate was a testament to her mastery and her deep connection to the culinary heritage of Sfax.
