Hôtel Borj Dhiafa Joins the Semaine du Goût 2025 at Collège Lycée Simone de Beauvoir:

At Hôtel Borj Dhiafa, we believe gastronomy is more than flavors — it’s about sharing knowledge, inspiring curiosity, and celebrating local ingredients. During the Semaine du Goût 2025, our hotel proudly participated in a hands-on culinary workshop for the students of 3ᵉ at Collège Lycée Simone de Beauvoir, in collaboration with O’TERRA Restaurant.
The afternoon was filled with learning, creativity, and the joy of cooking:
  • Workshop 1: Students prepared a ceviche de loup, a fresh and zesty dish infused with Mediterranean flavors.
  • Workshop 2: They mastered the art of cooking a pan-seared sea bass fillet, golden and succulent.
Guided by our team from O’TERRA Restaurant, including Chef Dali Walha, the young chefs explored cooking techniques, discovered the nuances of marine flavors, and experienced the satisfaction of teamwork.
This initiative reflects Hôtel Borj Dhiafa’s commitment to awakening culinary curiosity, promoting healthy and balanced eating, and highlighting local products.
